JAI 180 - Just Add Colouring

 Well with that announcement (see previous post) Id like to announce my last card challenge.  Its a challenge from Nikki! 

It is to 

Just Add Colouring!

Get out your pens/aquabrushes/chalks/crayons etc and let see some colouring!

JAI #178- Just Add Snowflakes

 Well with Christmas ..on the horizon..scary huh? We have a challenge from Kim to Just Add Snowflakes..lots of us in the southern hemisphere are also enjoying winter and snow and some skiing going on (not me ..I like two feet on the ground! lol)

JAI 176- Just Add Blokes

Hi, I'm back from the US and the 2013 South Pacific Incentive Trip. Thanks to Nikki for stepping in for my fortnightly posts. xxxx
Before we get onto this week's challenge, I'd like to share with you an experience I had at the North American 25th Anniversary Convention in Salt Lake City.  I was sitting down to lunch with some US demonstrators...two of them I had met the day before...but as we were chatting I realised that the lady I was chatting to, not only knew of JAI, but she had entered into our challenges! So of course we had to have a photo together. Thanks for chatting with me Karen Page! 


 So onto this week's challenge which is courtesy of Nikki.

JAI 173 - Just Add....Water

You never know where inspiration for a challenge may come from! While a few of us were sitting at the airport in Brisbane, after the Annual Stampin' Up! Conference, it was spotted by Christine that on the water bottles provided in the apartments where we stayed something so appropriate for our team that we thought it would also be a great idea for a future challenge and so here it is...

Just Add....Water!

Here is the water bottle and a close-up shot, see the tag line 'Just add water....on us!'

This challenge can be interpreted to mean, just add water as the theme or image on your project, just add water through a technique like watercolouring with ink/pencils/crayons etc, a water-washed background, spritzing with water or any way you can link it to water. You could even try adding water in a circle treat cup (sealed with a window sheet) to make a fish bowl as in the sample on page 58 of the latest Stampin' Up! catalogue...go check it out!

The Design Team have come up with lots of different variations and projects inspired by this week's challenge to provide you with further inspiration...
