Just Add Ink 55 - Just Add Love

Hi Inkers!

Before we get into this weeks awesome challenge we have a very special announcement to make!

There's no easy way to say this - it's sad and exciting at the same time (for me and Danielle, anyway) but we hope you are happy for us and understand how we've arrived at making this decision.

Danielle and I have decided it's time to step down from our baby, Just Add Ink as of the end of February.  Just Add Ink has been our baby for the past year and saying we're thrilled at how much you all enjoy it is an understatement. It wasn't an easy decision but we were both certain we wanted to start together and finish up together.

To all the wonderful Just Add Inkers - the girls that play every week or every now and then, you guys rock! Just Add Ink  wouldn't be what it is today without your amazing submissions, kind comments and lovely emails! We'll miss you, but we'll still be around (and most probably playing along with you from time to time).

And the exciting part?? We're very happy to announce that Delys Cram and Bronwyn Eastley have agreed to carry on hosting Just Add Ink, bringing you more inspiration with each challenge. A big change - but I'm sure you'll love what they have in store for you!

Now on with the fun... this weeks challenge is 
JUST ADD LOVE!

    So sad to hear of your decision, but completely understandable. I am sure it takes alot of preparation each week. All the best to Delys and Bronwyn in their new roles.

    Wow, girls, that is SOME news! Danielle and Amanda, you have created and nurtured a wonderful thing in JAI; it brings a great deal of pleasure to my life. Your announcement brought a little tear to my eye! Having said that, I am thrilled that Delys and Bronwyn have agreed to take over the reins; they too, are such talented and lovely women, and part of a wonderful team.     I was sad to read that you would both be stepping down from your role here. I haven't played along much but have followed along for the creative inspiration for quite some time.

    I was happy to hear that JAI will continue and am pleased to see you have left it in two great sets of hands. I love the work of both Delys and Bronwyn and know they will easily live up to expectations.

    Now off to create for this weeks challenge!

    I would like to say that as a DT member I am so sad to see Amanda and Danielle leave their baby Just Add Ink as it is an awesome challenge site and it was their inspiration that made it what it is today! I am happy to know that we will be continuing on with the fabulous challenges and DT and look forward to what is in store under the leadership of Delys and Bronwyn! I am honoured to be a part of such a wonderful and talented team. Best of luck in your endeavours in the future Amanda and Danielle, we will miss you both!

    Amanda and Danielle, it sure is sad to see you go, but I too know how much goes into the challenges each week, and totally respect your passing it along!
